To help you achieve it, the relaxation area of Belvedere Holiday Club has three saunas, two of which are Finnish with Himalayan salt panels and one infrared. It is well-known that, for maximum results, heating in the sauna (no more than 15 minutes) should alternate with cooling off, so there is a contrast shower provided. There are also two standard steam baths and a hammam.
